Obtaining Tax Forms at the Library:
The Library will have the following IRS Forms:

• 1040 and 1040 SR forms
• 1040 and 1040 SR instruction books
• Schedules 1-3

The library will not receive any Pennsylvania tax forms, but we can print out any form you need (state or federal). We will have the most common state forms pre-printed for grab-and-go convenience. 

Please call 412-531-1912 x 3 for questions about printing forms. There is no charge for printing this year, but we ask that you please limit your requests to two copies per form. We will not print instruction books. Thank you!
